Shift/Hours/Location: M-F, 8am-5pm, Hybrid/Onsite, Moses Lake, WA

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Assists in the maintenance of the specification database.
  • Communicates as directed with internal/external customers on quality issues and requests.
  • Assists in the maintenance Document Control, Specifications (Raw Material, Finished Good, Purchase), Problem Solving (8D, NCR, CAPA), Certificate of Analysis (CofA), Audits or other as assigned.
  • Performs and or assist in customer, supplier, process and internal audits.
  • Gather data from internal/external suppliers/customers for various internal/external reports.
  • Generate various internal/external reports as directed.
  • Generate and maintain various internal/external documents such as customer specifications, purchase specifications, quality plans, procedures and forms as directed.
  • Maintain quality records.
  • Assists in the generation and maintenance of process change documentation for internal and external customers.
  • Work cross functionally with all departments to maintain the quality operating system to adhere to the ISO9001 standard.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Lead Auditor certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
  • Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.
  • Work as a team and/or independently.
  • Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or related field

SALARY & BENEFITS

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $54K-$73K

WORKING CONDITIONS

Duties are generally performed indoors in an office and high purity manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. When working in the presence of safety hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as: hardhat, safety glasses and full leather shoes, etc.
