Advise Sungrow customers throughout their e-mobility journey, offering on-site visits, technical trainings, and remote support. </li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry peers, and suppliers. </li><li>Develop and nurture a strategic account pipeline to foster long-term growth. </li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product managers, operations, service, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions.</li><li>Monitor regional EV charging market developments, providing recommendations and strategies to meet customer needs. </li><li>Provide regular updates on local market trends, insights, reports, and forecasts to management. </li><li>Participate in exhibitions and seminars to build brand awareness and expand outreach.</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:  <ul><li>Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar engineering field with a focus on energy, or a business/marketing degree. </li><li>Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management within the e-mobility industry. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in E-Mobility solutions. </li><li>Be fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); Mandarin Chinese is a plus. </li><li>Exhibit a willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits, fairs, and events.</li></ul> Why us?
