Job Description

The Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant will guarantee Perth's future water needs for generations to come.

To reduce our dependence on rainfall and groundwater and support the growing population, Water Corporation has formed the Alkimos SeaWater Alliance, which includes ACCIONA Construction Australia, ACCIONA Agua and Jacobs.

The Alliance will design, construct, operate and maintain the Plant which will produce 50 billion litres of drinking water per year, with provision to expand by an additional 50 billion litres per year in the future. Construction of the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant has recently commenced and the project is expected to be completed in 2029.

We are currently in the early stages of the project, with construction set to commence in full in 2025. We are looking to build a database of people that might be interested in joining the project as roles become required over the next 12 months and beyond.
