The Business Programme Specialist will have a transversal role supporting on the analysis and definition of the overall Growth programme. It will actively contribute to the short, medium and long-term strategic vision being in contact with different internal stakeholders.

 

This position will play a central role in being the right arm of the responsible of the function in the strategy delivery by converting strategic approaches into actual projects, including them in the overall programme and identifying gaps to fulfil the defined strategy.

 

Key responsibilities:


The profile needed will assist on the following activities:


  • Data management for the project tracking (overall database);
  • Business assumptions definition for Growth area, to feed the overall pipeline assessment models, together with the NAV Team;
  • Prepare management reports on pipeline, coordinating with P&C team;
  • Tracking of the KPIs related to compliance and program success, coordinating with Project Managers;
  • Provide support on strategic definition of the growth programme, assisting in research and strategic frameworks.
  • Support the Growth area on the overall program business plan progression.


Key requirements:


  • 2/3 years' banking/corporate/advisory/auditing experience in creating and managing models in the renewable energy/infrastructure or similar sector;
  • Strong in Excel & PowerPoint. Experience of Excel macros would be beneficial;
  • Bachelor’s degree major in Finance/Accounting, Management or Engineering;
  • 'Hands on' approach, cross-business analysis with good communication and other interpersonal skills;
  • Capability to work in a team and with other teams;
  • Flexibility, curiosity and ability to adapt to different activities, projects and dynamic contexts;
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and process efficient with heavy attention to details;
  • Fluent English and able to work with foreign colleagues and counterparties.
