Your responsibilities:

• You will be involved in craft top-notch internal communications that inspire engagement, connectivity, and culture, leaving a lasting impact on our organization.
• You will be driving communication strands during periods of change and champion employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
• You will be developing and implement local employer branding initiatives in sync with our global EB strategy and business objectives.
• You will plan and execute internal and external activities to bolster Hitachi Energy's positive image.
• You will strengthen tactics to attract external candidates via multiple channels and keep our internal colleagues engaged in their career development with Hitachi Energy.
• You will measure, analyze, and fine-tune communication strategies for maximum engagement and impact.
• You will ensure flawless execution across communication measures, maintaining brand positioning, corporate identity, and global strategy alignment.
• You will be innovative to drive development in professional growth with great collaboration.

Your background:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree with experience in HR-Marketing or communications, coupled with a strong interest in employer branding.
• Deep understanding of business environments, market trends, and best practices in the job market.
• Skillful in building relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create internal communication campaigns to meet employer branding needs.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills paired with great organizational abilities.
• Highly motivated, persuasive, collaborative, with a natural drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must.
• A positive, passionate attitude coupled with the courage to challenge the status quo.
