Improving the quality of internal and external financial data to drive business decision making and performance A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.</p></li><li><p>Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.</p></li><li><p> Monitors all financial aspects of the manufacturing and related costs, product costing, operational KPI’s, and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Closely monitors Order booking, Revenue recognition as per IFRS policy based on Inco Terms, Collection &amp; operational Cash <span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;">flow. Receivables</span> monitoring and clearing, like advance adjustment against outstanding.</p></li><li><p>Review of Balance sheet &amp; Profit &amp; loss account.</p></li><li><p> Commercial knowledge i.e. LC, Forex Hedging, bank guarantee.MIS on CAPEX Monitoring and timely Capitalization of assets.</p></li><li><p> Vendor Reconciliation, vendor advance monitoring. </p></li><li><p>DS/TCS Accounting <span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;">/Reconciliation. </span></p></li><li><p>Working with external team like Tax, Cost &amp; statutory auditors and resolving there query.</p></li><li><p><span>Financial Reporting: Establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensures high quality and compliance of financial data and business information in line with defined standards &amp; financial closing schedules. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Internal Controls and Compliance: Taking the lead in sustaining the alignment with Accounting Policy, Internal Controls and Assurance. Ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.</span></p></li><li><p>Communication with internal stakeholders Ensure timely, effective and efficient communication with relevant LPG / HBU / COEs, Accounting Center, and other internal customers such as Operations, Sales, Group, Manufacturing Plants, HR, Service, etc. to deliver key messages and identify and discuss areas for improvement.</p></li><li><p><span>OHS and Integrity <span><span> </span></span>Supports ensuring a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement processes and integrity performance.
