Job Description:

We are looking for a Strategy and Business Development Manager to support our Transformers Local Business Unit in France. You will be focused in capture the right opportunities in our local market and connect with prospect customers and internal Sales Teams and Global Key Account Managers. You will be responsible for our Transformers Portfolio for Dry, Power and Distribution products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading the energy transition of the business unit in the country

  • Responsible for Sales demand orders and growth.

  • Understanding of the Market dynamics

  • Regular update for the market intelligence and competitor’s feedback

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

  • Promoting the complete Transformers portfolio in the country

  • Building the BU 2030 strategy plan for the country

  • Leading the company periodical exercises related to the market and budget (MIMO, GTS)

  • Leading the growth initiatives across the different product lines, segment and channels.

  • Support in collecting the success stories and customer testimonials

  • Help to bring pilot opportunities for new products whenever is required.

  • Participating in the country marketing events

Your Background:

  • More than 7 years of experience in similar position

  • Engineering Background (ideally in Energies) + Specialization in Sales / Management

  • Knowledge of local Market in France

  • Experience in Transformers products is a plus

  • Fluent in French & English are mandatory

  • Willingness to travel on daily basis to connect with prospect customers and customers

  • Stakeholder management (local)

  • Required skills: Negotiation, Teamwork, Influencing Leadership and Proactivity.
