Mission statement:
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting product marketing initiatives in Global Product Group Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPG GPQSS) within the Global Business Unit Grid Integration (BU GI). This position will report to Global Product Marketing Lead, GPG GPQSS who is located in New Delhi, India.
Your responsibilities:
You will work in complete alignment with GPG Product Marketing vision and strategy and develop product marketing materials including and not limited to brochures, flyers, videos, apps.
You will be writing and proofreading of content like brochures, social media posts, video scripts and other marketing materials.
You will create presentations, infographic, graphics and other marketing content and be the brand custodian for marketing materials.
You will drive and support brand migration activities and support key events/exhibitions in close collaboration with Business Unit (BU) Communications and/or GPG marketing and product management team.
You will update and maintain marketing materials in shared drive, intranet and internet as required.
You will compile monthly reports, newsletters and create and maintain GPG marketing SharePoint and manage and other ad hoc reports.
You will execute projects as assigned by Product Marketing Lead.

Your background:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing/ communications, Business administration, or other relevant/ related discipline.
Work experience of 5 years in marketing or marketing communications field in B2B industry/environment.
Experience and background working in/or liaising with agencies is highly desired
Proficient in MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher
Proficiency in design software’s like Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is an added advantage
Video editing skills is a plus.
Business fluency in English with strong writing skills
