You have experience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and a general understanding of<span>  </span>Software Lifecycle Processes, end user support and process documentation</span><span>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience as a people manager, or other relevant leadership experience with personnel responsibility. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in Agile project management methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Other experience in relevant area such as talent management, employee relations, human re-sources, team leading, company founding, start-up or scale-up, business administration, change management, process development, organizational management, staffing, business development, performance management, and/or similar</span><span>. </span></p></li><li><p><span>You have strong communication, social, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relation-ships with employees and management. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in </span><span>English</span><span>, fluency in Swedish is qualifying.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of ITIL Best practices.</span></p></li></ul><p></p>
