People & Culture (HR) Intern (Sept / Oct 2024)

As P&C Intern you are one of the faces of felyx for future and current talent. The framework is set, but now it is up to you to further develop and shape our Human Resources, based on your vision and expertise. You will be supporting the full employee lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to recruitment of newbies, supporting the on- and off-boarding of employees, employee life-cycle, and being the first point of contact for all HR-related requests from your colleagues. In the end, you will ensure we have an amazing employee experience. To accomplish this you will:

• Be part of the team that is developing the P&C strategy
• Support in the execution of the recruitment process
• Create great felyx candidate experiences
• Have your admin in order (comes with the job)
• Ensure we have a flawless employee experience
• Work on various HR-related projects
• Create, manage and further develop our HR policies
• Organize and attend events to enhance the felyx story and experience
