Operations Intern

Fuse is looking for an Operations Intern to join the team in the exciting world of renewable energy at our London office in Canary Wharf.

This 6 month paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast moving environment. You'll gain an insight into the operations of a high-performance startup, exposure to some of the key operators who were behind Revolut, and gain a real working knowledge of how Fuse systems work for customers.

Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. We've raised $78m from top tier investors like Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit. Fuse's founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut before joining Mosaic Ventures.

This role will start as customer-facing as we believe a ground-up approach is the best way to learn about our product and the energy industry. Interns work across customer operations: answering customer queries, managing installations, auditing billing & collections, and handling regulatory submissions. High performers will have the opportunity to fast track the internship and join Fuse full-time.

Requirements

• Degree from top university
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaborating skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A flexible and adaptable approach.
• Great attention to detail.
• Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with working across various software applications.
• London based and authorised to work in the UK (Fuse does not sponsor visas for internships)
• Programming and SQL experience is a plus, but not necessary.
