(We build from scratch).</li></ul>As we scale, you'll design grid management systems, blockchain reward mechanisms, and products that don't exist yet. Early design hire means shaping the entire roadmap.Who You'll Work WithOur design team includes designers from Pentagram, Bakken &amp; Bæck, Revolut, and Arrival. The team bridges visual, motion, 3D, product and web design to create great experiences. You'll work directly with our CEO (ex-Revolut) and across engineering, trading, and operations.Small team.
