Job Description
Fuse Energy is seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work closely with operations managers, front-end developers, and backend engineers to build a 10X consumer product that revolutionizes the renewable energy space for everyday consumers. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple platforms, including mobile applications on iOS and Android, websites, and eventually, responsive web applications. Additionally, you'll be responsible for generating creative collateral for various consumer touchpoints of the product.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with the CEO and co-founder to build a groundbreaking consumer product.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for mobile applications, websites, and responsive web applications.
- Generate creative collateral for consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
- Participate in scoping and conceptualization sessions to define product requirements and user needs.
- Drive the ideation of new features and functionality, contributing innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain design consistency and standards across all platforms and devices.
Requirements
- 3+ years product design experience using Figma.
- Experience designing consumer-facing products in data-driven environments.
- Evidence of strong visual sensibility (graphic, typography, alternative media).
- Experience with motion graphics (2D / 3D).
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical discipline.
