  • Design and implement strategic plan on each client on business expansion
  • Manage key clients’ relationship and business activities globally and locally
  • Identify and develop business opportunities from existing or potential clients
  • Identify and capitalize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Work with local team on services delivery as well as global team on maximizing clients‘ business opportunities  
  • Obtain clients or market insight. Develop solutions catering clients’ needs.
  • Regular update on sales pipeline and sales forecast
  • Handle and support ad hoc projects and sales activities as assigned
