About the Job

Voor een nieuw team dat overkoepelend over alle Eurofins divisies werkt zoeken wij een stagiair(e). Dit team ondersteund de divivsies op het gebied van (Campus) Recruitment, Talentontwikkeling (traineeprogramma) en Management Development. Daarnaast ondersteunen we op een aantal andere zaken, zoals Employer Branding en andere HR/recruitment taken vanuit het Nationaal Service Centrum (NSC) in Nederland richting de andere divisies.

Jouw stage kan betrekking hebben op 1 of meerdere van onderstaande onderdelen, dit stemmen we af in overleg met jou:

Campus Recruitment
Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie
Organiseren van evenementen (jobbeurs, inhouse event, trainingen)
Employer Branding
Talent Development (trainees) en/of Management Development

Het team bestaat verder uit Michiel Prins (Talent Acquisition Manager) en Anne ter Huerne (Campus Recruiter & Trainee Manager). Onze trainee-doelgroep bestaat over het algemeen uit technische masterstudenten in de laatste fase van hun afstuderen tot maximaal 1 jaar werkervaring.
