Job Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Job Scope and Accountabilities:

  1. Accountable for Growing Eurofins Food Assurance Business and Meeting assigned sales Target for Personal Care products services.
  2. Successful leading product GMP+, IRCA trainings, and other related certifications / trainings across India
  3. Overall service Delivery
  4. To conduct audits/ Trainings as per the requirements stated in audit criteria.
  5. To remain updates on all skill development, code qualification, Regulatory and Industrial requirements related to audits and certifications.
  6. To be competent and qualified in Various standards like BRCGS food, packaging, FSSC, ISO 22000, GMP+, Accredited trainings etc.
  7. Upgrade the knowledge of local social, economic, and business environment. 
  8. To ensure TAT- Turnaround time for audit reports as per procedures established by Eurofins.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  1. Mentoring & Support of Technical executives, Auditors / Back office executives.
  2. Monitoring and support to Operational activities.

Duties:

  1. Responsible for achieving targeted revenue of Personal care product certifications for India as defined by Eurofins Management.
  2. Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to current and prospective clients.
  3. Reviewing contracts for new clients.
  4. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
  5. Provide Monthly Sales reports to Director Food Assurance – India.
  6. Develop and implement the territory sales plan.
  7. Lead, Monitor and support the sales activities and performance of Business Development Managers / Executives.
  8. Identify and develop the required training for Sales Team.
  9. Responsible for supporting marketing activities in Region.
  10. Updating Management on competitors and Market trends regularly.
  11. Identify and build relationship with client, consultants and industry associations.
  12. Ensure implementation & meeting of company’s objective & policies.
  13. To proactively identify customers at risk of leaving and work to retain them.
  14. Assist in payment collection for region.
  15. Assist in Scheduling the Clients audit.
  16. Review Eurofins procedures for customer services, enquiries and sales management to ensure intended outcomes are achieved and, as appropriate, recommend changes.
  17. Visit various cities & meet customers on regular basis.
  18. Assist with details of suitable resources for subcontractor auditors & Trainers.
  19. Ensure implementation & meeting of company’s objective & policies.
  20. Commitment to providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
  21. Demonstrable record of success in sales, product or service marketing and sales management.
  22. To promote Eurofins programs to key market segments via targeted strategic marketing activities.
  23. Provide input for new programs (standards or 2nd party audit) to be developed and implemented.
  24. To understand the role of impartiality when providing certification activities and the process of taking independent action where necessary, (e.g. informing authorities, accreditation bodies, stakeholders)
  25. To demonstrate the management expertise and ability to lead and take decisions. Review the decisions taken by technical manager relating to certification/verification.
  26. To demonstrate the ability to communicate with all stakeholders (e.g. Impartiality Committee, Directors)
  27. To ensure timely updating of qualifications and competency, satisfactory completion of training, calibration meetings, training audits, witness audits and approvals.
