This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined operations professionals that want to broaden and build their career experiences.</p><p>You will also be responsible for coordinating and the delivery of our e-scooters, pedal bikes and e-bikes to our customers all over the Bay Area. This role is ideal for bicycle mechanics and driver professionals that want to broaden and build their career experiences. <br></p><h3><br></h3><h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1><p><strong>Bicycle Mechanic</strong></p><ul><li>The assembly and maintenance of pedal bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters.</li><li>Perform a broad spectrum of repairs from tuning a bicycle to the most complicated electronic part replacement.</li><li>Follow processes. Comply with, improve upon and enforce processes.</li><li>Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties and make sure Ridepanda customers are on the safest vehicles.</li><li>Problem solve. Will need to spot issues and find creative ways to overcome obstacles that come your way.</li></ul><p><strong>Deliveries</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.</li><li>Respond promptly to emails from customers regarding delivery schedules, inquiries or issues.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h1><br></h1><h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1><ul><li><strong>Valid driver’s license.</strong></li><li><strong>Proven work experience working as a bicycle mechanic.</strong></li><li><strong>2+ years of experience as a mechanic in the bicycle industry.</strong></li><li><strong>Capable of tuning up bicycles including adjusting shifting and hydraulic disc brakes</strong></li><li>Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.</li><li>Motivated, energetic individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, and able to follow strict maintenance procedures.</li><li>Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools.</li></ul>
