Proposals Coordinator

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for PROPOSALS COORDINATOR (BIDS COORDINATOR) to join Surbana Jurong at our Dubai office and contribute to the growth and development of a business with a reputation for technical excellence and strong client relationships.

Primary Purpose of the Position:

The Proposals Coordinator, reporting to the Regional BD/Proposals Manager, will closely partner with Opportunity Leaders across our multi-disciplinary business to support the preparation and delivery of compelling bids/proposals/prequalifications and other client-facing documentation for projects across the Civil/Transport Infrastructure, and Urban Development/Building Design sectors. 

Key Responsibilities

•            Supporting the preparation of high-quality bids/proposals, prequalifications and marketing materials

•            Contributing to the development and maintenance of standard proposal material

•            Assisting the wider team to ensure proposals are delivered on time and at the highest quality

•            Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to contribute to pursuit planning

•            Developing and maintaining collaborative relationship with all stakeholders

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

•            Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering/Architecture or in any other Engineering discipline

•            Experience in Bids/Proposals coordination and management for multi-disciplinary consultancy services including masterplanning, urban, infrastructure architectural, and engineering design

•            Preference will be given to the candidates with proficiency in Graphic Designing (InDesign)

•            Preferably Arabic speaker but not mandatory

•            Conversant with bid due diligence and compliance principals and documentation

•            Well-versed with MS Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel (ability to prepare presentations, business data records and analysis sheets)
