<ul><li>Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource management including manpower planning, staffing, compensation and benefit, organisational capability development, employee development, talent management, performance management and employee engagement</li><li>Responsible for staff welfare and training</li><li>Responsible for maintaining HR data to meet regulatory requirements for workplace health and safety, industrial certifications and manpower qualifications</li><li>Prepare the manpower plan and associated budgets for staff in support of the annual budget planning exercise and quarterly board meetings</li><li>Implement a yearly appraisal system and undertake regular salary reviews</li><li>Establish a talent management program in line with the strategic objectives</li><li>Update the employee handbook and document all HR policies and changes</li><li>Oversee the administration support in the organisation for various submissions, renewals, claims, surveys, etc dealing directly with the designated party or stakeholders</li><li>Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and drive HR events programs/initiatives on employee engagement/satisfaction and maintain an agenda</li><li>Ensure office administration is running smoothly</li><li>Process payroll for all staff</li><li>Process foreign employee relocations and work pass applications</li><li>Conduct bi-annual internship recruitment fair</li><li>Support in digital marketing &amp; PR initiatives</li></ul>
