About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering strong relationships within the mining and industrial sectors. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and maximising revenue with a customer first approach.

What you will you do?

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients within the mining and industrial sectors to generate new business for the organisation’s products and services.

  • Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and market penetration within the assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s offerings.

  • Proactively source and secure new business accounts, expanding the customer base.

  • Execute sales strategies and collaborate with the sales team to drive results and meet organisational goals.

About You

You bring a deep understanding of the mining, industrial, and manufacturing markets, coupled with a strong track record in business development and sales strategy execution. Your proven ability to drive results and your strategic approach to sales will be key to your success in this role.

  • Extensive experience in sales within the mining, industrial, and manufacturing sectors, with a strong record of success.

  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from planning and meeting targets to building lasting client relationships, managing processes, and developing budgets.

  • A consultative sales approach, with a demonstrated ability to solve client problems and tailor solutions.

  • Results-driven, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a keen ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • A valid driver’s license.
