Medior Data Analyst

To accelerate our international expansion, we are looking for a tech-savvy Data Analyst who will be a vital link between our business partners and product development team. You will solve challenging problems and support business growth through a deep understanding of our stakeholder’s needs, combined with business insights and applied analytics techniques.

The ideal candidate is passionate about cleantech, has a strong analytical mindset, and has a deep understanding of data processing and visualization. If you have experience in setting up new data analysis tools at a company we would love to hear about that. As we do our data analysis in Python R at the moment, if you have zero or little professional experience this most likely is not the role for you.

🗃️ Responsibilities include:

• Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of our BI stack (data transformations, metrics calculations, dashboards) and drive key business decisions
• Handle various data-related ad-hoc requests and design scalable data solutions to address these issues in the long term
• Embed analytics into day-to-day operations by supporting and translating business inquiries into analytical reports
• Document and effectively communicate your insights, plans, and knowledge to cross-functional team members and management
• Promote data literacy across non-technical stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and collaborate on them with data scientists and engineers
  
  

🫵 What you bring:

• Data and business-savviness equivalent to 2-5 years of experience with a relevant degree under your belt
• Good analytical skills and experience with analytical tooling: SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI/Tableau/Looker
• Excellent communication skills (In English; other languages are bonus) and demonstrated ability to make complex matters simple without over-simplifying and to present them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in a fast-paced team environment
• Available for hybrid work from our office in Rotterdam
• A passion for sustainability and a basic understanding of e-mobility concepts and industry is preferred but not essential
  
  

🎁 What we offer:

• Yearly salary of 45-55, depending on your experience level, with an additional 8% of your annual salary in holiday pay, as well as an option for 32-40 hours/week of contact
