Works includes 2km of new freeway upgrade, 3km of new freeway, separation of local roads from the freeway, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design and landscaping. <span>This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.</span> </p><p></p><p><b>Key accountabilities for the position</b></p><ul><li><p>Construction set outs for different scopes in the filed not limited to roads, drainage, bridges, utilities or a combination of these depending on competencies</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with various field-based construction teams and subcontractors</p></li><li><p>Correctly interprets specifications and plans forming digital models for set-out.</p></li><li><p>Follow survey procedures and process to meet alliance objectives</p></li><li><p>Calibrates and maintains survey equipment to the required standards.</p></li><li><p>Project Monitoring and progress reporting</p></li><li><p>Computation of field data and ensuring collaboration with survey data management team</p></li><li><p>Active participation in all Alliance Safety initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities to fly drones and take part in Drone flying courses</p></li><li><p>Collaboration with broader GIS &amp; Digital Engineering team on the project</p></li><li><p>Support the development and implementation of positive initiatives to enhance the working experience for the Alliance</p></li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Required Skills and Competencies</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><ul><li><p>Diploma equivalent in surveying and/or bachelor’s degree in surveying with considerable experience supporting civil infrastructure projects </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in 12D (Model, Field and Synergy) experience desirable </p></li><li><p>Intermediate in MS Suite (Excel being a high focus) </p></li><li><p>Able to work in a high performing and professional team with a genuine desire to be part of this amazing and challenging project </p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-LG1<br> </p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;">ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023 &amp; 2024 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
