Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Finance & ERP Specialist to integrate in the Digital & IT “Finance & Corporate Functions” area that aims to support Finance & Corporate Functions leader and, in particular, business users of AFTP&C (Administration, Finance, Tax, Planning & Control) departments with their daily activities and new requirements related to ERP system.

The ERP Specialist provides technical expertise, analysis, training, and implementation services related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, working with business owners, managers, end-users, and technicians to help implement new features in the ERP system, including creating reports, analyzing data, in addition to govern ordinary system maintenance.

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Design, configure and implement solutions to support AFTP&C processes
  • Identify and / or prevent problems in the use of technology
  • Analyze and define the new functional requirements of the Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation and Implementation of Performance Management and Cash Management solutions
  • Ensure the quality of both technical and functional implementation.
  • Development of automated and modern reporting in the field of Planning and Control
     

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in engineering, economics or computer science
  • You have 4-5 years of experience in industrial sector projects, preferably in consulting firms
  • Functional knowledge of the issues of: Accounting,  Cost Allocation, Procurement
  • Experience in international projects
  • Skills in training
  • Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of an ERP system and any Procurement tool is a plus
