Hitachi Energy is currently looking for a Training Coordinator for the Transformers Business to join their team in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.
Transformers BU team leverages innovative and diverse technology to transform energy, delivering social, environmental, and economic value and enabling a sustainable energy future for current and future generations. The business’s comprehensive portfolio includes power transformers, traction transformers, insulation and components, digital sensors, and transformer services. The Company’s transformers have been deployed across power generation, transmission, and distribution to metals and mining, oil and gas, commercial and infrastructure projects, and mobility. As the grid becomes more complex, the transformers play an increasingly vital role in improving power quality and network management. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements and experience in working with diverse groups and cultures. The ability to multitask & delivers within timelines is essential. The candidate will have excellent communications skills.
Your Responsibility:
You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for all levels of employees, including new hires, onboarding, skills enhancement, and leadership development.
You must identify training needs by conducting needs assessments, analyzing performance gaps, and working closely with department managers and subject matter experts.
You must design and develop training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, ensuring content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
You must conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtual, using a variety of delivery methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
You must monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
You must collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage resources and best practices in training and development.
You must stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in training and instructional design.

Your Background:
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration, or a similar field.
Minimum 7 years of professional work experience.
Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in the similar manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple training initiatives.
Proficiency in using learning management systems, authoring tools, and multimedia software.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP (MM Module).
Multi culture experience is a benefit.
