Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the company's service business bidding, contract negotiation and signing, order entry and other business work
You will follow the company's work procedures, rules and regulations, coordinate internal and external resources to carry out technical and commercial bidding work.
You will control the progress and quality of bidding work to ensure accurate, high quality and timely completion of bidding work.
You will work closely with the sales team, finance and project managers, supply chain management, tax, legal, etc., on bid preparation, clarification, contract negotiation, until contract is transferred to the project execution team,
You will support the bidding and other business work of the company's large new projects and support department daily business and administrative support, etc.

Your background:
You hold bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering or business related.
At least 1 year working experience in bidding, business or sales in large power engineering company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce and other software and serious and responsible work attitude.
High energy, positive thinking, good teamwork spirit and outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills.
Like challenges, strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, able to calmly cope with changes and emergencies at work.
Adapt to occasional overtime work and travel requirements.
Proficient in English language.
