We're recruiting Heating Engineers to install our Air Source Heat Pumps. </div><div> </div><div><br></div><div><b>We’re recruiting across England so you’ll see lots of vacancies in lots of locations. Please don’t apply to multiple locations. </b></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><b>What you'll do</b> </div><div>At Octopus Energy Services, we put the customers’ experience at high priority, so you’ll carry out the work respectfully at their property. From day one you’ll be learning about new technologies and getting awesome training to give you the skills to assist the installation engineer.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Who you are</b> </div><div>We're looking for passionate people who have worked on the installation of heating systems, and we provide full training for candidates looking to make the transition to renewables.</div><br><br><h3>You'll be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Working as part of a team to install low carbon technology in customers' homes - starting with Air Source Heat Pumps </li><li>Using your knowledge and experience of heat pump installations to deliver an amazing experience </li><li>Reviewing and collaborating on technical specifications and mechanical drawings </li><li>Working with an electrician to commission Air Source Heat Pumps </li><li>Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre </li></ul><h3>What do we need from you?</h3><ul><li>G3 (unvented cylinder) qualification OR proven experience </li><li>Experience in the installation of boilers -it's a plus if you know about Air Source Heat Pumps </li><li>Experience as a plumbing and heating engineer with knowledge of heating system design and the ability to fault find </li><li>Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points </li><div><br></div><div>You may also have qualifications such as WRAS Water Supply Regs, Gas safe certification, UHW10/HWSS or the BPEC L3 heat pump installation, but these are not essential!</div></ul><h3>Join us in the Octoverse!</h3><ul><li>£38,000 basic (£45,000 on-target earnings) with overtime available (+ London weighting if living within M25) </li><li>£2,500 annual performance bonus </li><li>Share Options in Octopus Energy </li><li>£25 per week lunch allowance </li><li>Training programme at our groundbreaking R&D centre </li><li>Use of company tools, uniform and all PPE </li><li>Company Vehicle and fuel </li><li>Support for personal development in Renewable Tech </li></ul><br><div><b style="font-size:11pt;">The next steps</b><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">We do things a little differently around here.
