The lot. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:18px;">We are looking for a brilliant Marketing Analyst to help us grow our Electric Vehicle Business by: </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:18px;">- Leading on marketing analytics to help the team to understand how marketing activity is performing, and where the key opportunities for growth are across our B2B and B2C activity </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:18px;">- Interpreting complex datasets and providing actionable insights to support strategic marketing decisions across the full marketing mix, from digital marketing activity to events and Above The Line campaigns </span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul><li>Work with the marketing team to define the appropriate metrics for each piece of activity to reflect our business goals </li><li>Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards, bringing together multiple data sources to enable the marketing team to understand how their activity is performing </li><li>Make recommendations to improve marketing activity performance, both in-channel and across workstreams within the marketing function </li><li>Create compelling data visualisations to share performance updates with stakeholders across all levels of seniority</li><li>Translate complex datasets to tell the story and customer intent that sits behind the data, and upskill the marketing team to do so</li><li>Challenge the integrity and consistency of the data and work with our Data and Insights function to ensure all marketing performance data is accurate, reliable and consistent across departments </li><li>Run our weekly and monthly trading reports to keep us on track with our commercial goals and make key stakeholders aware of current performance trends  </li><li>Challenge marketing team to conduct A/B testing wherever possible and effectively measure the results to help us continually optimise performance</li><li>Keep abreast of marketing analytics best practice and share external performance benchmarks with the team to make sure we’re upping our game</li><li>Help the marketing team to understand our customers’ intent, sentiment and reaction to specific campaigns by running pre-campaign customer testing</li><li>Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed</li></ul><h3>What you'll need</h3><ul><li><b>Marketing analytics experience: </b>minimum 2 years experience in marketing analysis or a related field </li><li><b>Technical expertise:</b> proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Google Analytics, SQL, Excel) </li><li><b>Excellent communication skills: </b>you not only need to be great at data analysis, you will then need to shape it into compelling narratives to guide and influence senior stakeholders. </li><li><b>Learning Mindset:</b> inquisitive and curious, with a focus on building positive feedback loops to continuously improve marketing campaigns</li><li><b>Ability to prioritise:</b> and think critically - there’s always a lot going on and loads of cool things we could do. You need to be able to decipher which tasks we should do </li><li><b>A data-driven approach:  </b>if you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it, so you need the ability to identify and solve problems, comfortable presenting and visualising data, plus attention to detail. </li><li><b>Self-starter: </b>eager to learn and thrive in a high-functioning and fast paced environment, along with strong project management skills. </li></ul><h3>Why else you'll love it here </h3><ul><li><b>Wondering what the salary for this role is? </b>Just ask us!
