About This Role:

Crusoe is a world-leading AI infrastructure company.  Our “energy-first” cloud solutions empower organizations worldwide to achieve unparalleled performance, scalability, and reliability for their AI applications. We are seeking a visionary Director (or Senior Director) of Product Management to lead our cloud software product strategy, which in turn enables our customers and partners to build next-generation AI applications and solutions. 

You will lead a team of talented product managers, working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative and high-impact cloud software products. Your expertise in cloud technologies, AI, and market trends will be instrumental in expanding our leadership position in the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  “A Day in the Life”

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cloud IaaS software products and technologies.

  • People-lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.

  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback, translating insights into actionable product requirements.

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support successful product launches.

  • Define and monitor key product metrics, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry thought leaders.

  • Stay at the forefront of cloud and AI advancements and industry trends, ensuring our products remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a management role.

  • High EQ.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex cloud software products, particularly in the AI or cloud space.

  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies and data processing/storage infrastructure.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and be detail-oriented.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Passionate about AI and dedicated to driving innovation in the field.

  • Extensive experience in collaborating with executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree. 

  • True AI experience.  Direct experience in owning AI-centric technologies is preferred, but this is not a hard requirement for entry into this role.  In fact, the opportunity to learn about the frontiers of AI is a benefit.

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $285,000 - $330,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
