<p><span style="font-size:20px;"><strong>Performance Marketing Manager -Swedish and/or Norwegian speaking</strong></span></p><p><em><span style="font-size:14px;">Reporting to: Global Head of Performance Marketing</span><span style="font-size:14px;"><br>Location: Madrid</span></em><br></p><p><br></p><p>As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing the performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in Sweden/Norway. This role also involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing to meet conversion KPIs.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with the local country teams as well as central marketing teams for having the best in class campaigns, with a high focus on efficiency and growth – across all relevant paid media channels, including but not limited to: Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and YouTube</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Ownership and development of the overall paid media strategy and day to day implementation of campaigns across: Paid search and Paid Social.</p></li><li><p>Analyze and optimize campaign performance across various platforms to balance various KPIs, such as CPA, volume, and ROI.</p></li><li><p>Reviewing performance with wider teams to ensure learnings are shared and new techniques are being trialled</p></li><li><p>Performance forecasting and analysis: Make data-informed decisions to enhance performance marketing strategies.</p></li><li>Collaboration:<ul><li><p>Collaborate closely with local and central marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with local country teams on central global campaigns and country-specific plans, including sharing best practices, strategies and customer insights</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Test &amp; learn: Continuously test new creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to meet and surpass target KPIs.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Fluency in Swedish ( and/or Norwegian)</strong> (knowledge of additional languages would be a bonus but not essential).</p></li><li><p>At least<strong> 2 years of experience</strong> in Performance Marketing, e.g. managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record of enhancing ROAS.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing and Facebook Ads Manager.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive valuable insights for data-driven decision-making. Experience using Looker visualization tools.</p></li><li><p>Obsessed with optimization - you live and breathe campaign performance data and know exactly what levers to pull when optimizing a campaign against specific KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Desire to stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing.</p></li><li><p>Highly organised with strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul>
