About This Role:
The Recruiter will have the opportunity to join our growing Recruiting and HR team. In this role, you will partner with the Senior Recruiter team to strategically source and introduce qualified talent that will focus on supporting our team.
A Day In The Life:
Partner with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers and act as a business partner/strategic advisor
Develop sourcing strategies
Identify and screen potential candidates and assess their fit for current and future needs
Negotiate and extend offers
Travel to field locations on an as needed basis
Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed, and dispositioned appropriately
Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building
Provide a world-class candidate experience
Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of experience
2+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience
Sourcing and recruiting expertise
Experience in a start-up environment is a benefit
Salary negotiation skills to include equity compensation
Extensive knowledge of passive sourcing to include social media/LinkedIn
Demonstrated experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management
Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system
The ability to travel to our field offices, to hiring events and to job fairs as needed
Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $105,000 - $140,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
