任务 / Tasks

• 遵循仓库管理流程，负责物料的收、发、存等日常仓储作业。/ Responsible for daily warehouse operating such as incoming goods receipt, outbound delivery and material storage according to standard warehouse working procedures.
• 使用ERP系统做好物料出入库系统操作，确保系统和实物数据的准确性。/ Process ERP system transactions for goods receipt, delivery, inventory transfer, etc. to ensure the accuracy on both system and physical material data.
• 科学管理货品库位，保证仓库最大化使用率。/ Well organize stock locations in order to maximize warehouse utilization.
• 产品打包、装卸和国内发运安排。/ Goods picking, packing and coordinate with 3rd party logistics company on domestic delivery.
• 负责出入库单据的分类、整理和归档工作。/ File all necessary shipping documents and records in a timely manner.
• 定期进行盘点工作，确保仓库的物料账物相符。/ Annual stock taking.
• 仓库的规范运营和5S工作。/ Warehouse management and 5S to ensure a safety and healthy working environment.
• 仓储设备的维护及保养。/ Warehouse tools and equipment maintenance.
• 上级委派的其他工作。/ Other tasks in the warehouse assigned by supervisor.

职位要求 / Requirements

专业技能 / Professional skills

• 大专以上学历，有3年以上仓储工作经验，电子、机械或汽车行业背景优先 / associate degree or above, 3+ years of working experiences in warehouse, electric, mechanical or automotive in advantage
• 熟悉ERP仓库模块、MS office操作 / Familiar with ERP warehouse module, MS office
• 具备一定英文读写能力 / Basic English reading and writing ability
• 具备叉车证优先 / Forklift certificate preferred
• 品行端正，吃苦耐劳，愿意承担一定工作强度和工作压力 / honest, willing to work under high pressure and tight deadline
• 思维敏捷、细心、有责任感和团队合作精神 / detail and analytical oriented, with high degree sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit
• 良好的沟通和解决问题能力 / Good communication and problem solving skills

语言能力 / Language skills

• 中文（母语）/ Chinese (mother tongue)
• 英语优先 / English as an advantage
