WalkMe Builder / Solution Engineer


The WalkMe Builder's primary objective is to develop and implement interactive digital guidance solutions using the WalkMe platform. This includes creating user-friendly walkthroughs and tutorials to streamline user experiences, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs, and continuously optimizing guidance for enhanced user engagement. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy of content, monitoring performance metrics, and providing support to users to drive digital adoption and maximize the value of digital tools.


Roles & responsibilities:

Consulting

  • Create interactive digital guidance solutions using the WalkMe platform to improve user experiences and drive digital adoption

  • Develop user-friendly walkthroughs, tutorials, and on-screen guidance to streamline processes and enhance productivity

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions that meet specific needs

  • Continuously optimize guidance solutions to ensure relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness in improving user engagement and satisfaction

  • Monitor performance metrics to assess the impact of guidance solutions and identify opportunities for improvement


Business Development/Leadership/Strategy

  • Define strategies for expanding WalkMe's presence in the market, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Lead client engagements, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and drive business growth

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the WalkMe Builder team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

  • Support sales efforts by providing expertise on WalkMe's capabilities and value proposition to potential clients

  • Drive business growth through effective business development initiatives, including market research, lead generation, and proposal development Top of Form.


Client Support

  • Respond to client support questions and requests via phone or email where necessary

  • Provide technical guidance


Risk & Compliance

  • Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevant

  • Report all identified risks, breaches

  • Comply with relevant WH&S legislation, adhering to reasonable instructions, work procedures and practices to maintain the health and safety of the team

  • Report all work place hazards and incidents


Key performance indicators:

  • Agreed upon through the performance measurement process with the CEO


Special conditions:

  • Ordinary full-time hours: 38 hours per week between 8am – 6pm

  • On occasion some out of hours work may be required – please note unpaid overtime may also be required on occasions


Selection criteria:

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Extremely organised and detail oriented

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in using the WalkMe platform or similar digital adoption solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Experience in instructional design or user experience design is a plus
