To help us construct the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant we will need some of Perth’s top professionals to join our team.</p><p></p><p><span>One of the key roles we are seeking to recruit is a Project Operations Safety Manager.</span></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Safety Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and controlling safety management requirements, strategies and initiatives across the program as well as managing the operational safety managers and report on progress to the Health &amp; Safety Lead.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li>Guide and support the leadership teams to develop and implement a safety culture that aligns to the company vision, including adequate development and training in safety critical roles</li><li>Ensure the projects maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus, and discipline related to safety</li><li>Initiate and administer safety improvement, education, and compliance programs for workplace</li><li>Investigate all causes of events on site and recommend actions to prevent future occurrences.
