Our (first) Meister SHK Wärmepumpen & Heiztechnik (f/m/x) will play an important role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Quatt installations in Germany. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to sustainability and quality.

  • Manage and oversee the installation and commissioning of our heat pump installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians and installers, promoting a culture of excellence.

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Work closely with the Country Manager and Head of Operations to set up our operational team.

  • Implement and oversee risk assessments and safety plans, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

  • Monitoring of the provided equipment and tools

To be successful in the above tasks, we think you should bring:

  • A Meister certification in a relevant field of SHK such as plumbing, heating or HVAC systems.

  • Extensive experience in the installation and maintenance of heat pump systems.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

  • A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using IT systems

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
