To help support this growth we are seeking to bring a Safety Advisor into our corporate team based in Northbridge.</p><p><br>As a Safety Advisor you will report directly to our Regional Safety Manager and will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our project delivery teams on all Health and Safety related matters.<br><br><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Undertake regular and systematic inspections and audits across multiple project sites, covering management systems, safe work procedures, behavioral safety, and preventative measures.</li><li>Undertake site safety walks and incident investigations using ICAM as required.</li><li>Advise our Engineers on and assist them with the preparation of safety related documentation.</li><li>Assess high-risk activities in conjunction with the appropriate personnel and recommend the best approach to take.</li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Required Skills and Competencies</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><ul><li>Cert 4 or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.</li><li>Lead Auditor &amp; ICAM Lead Investigator qualifications are desirable.</li><li>Experience with Incident Investigation (ICAM/Root Cause or equivalent).</li><li>Proven knowledge of a risk and incident system, including leading risk assessments.</li><li>Demonstrated extensive experience in safety and compliance.</li><li></li></ul><p><b><span>What we offer:</span></b></p><ul><li>Excellent remuneration on offer including an annual bonus program</li><li>Extensive additional employee benefits with industry partners</li><li>The opportunity to grow your career with a global company</li><li>Great supportive team environment with room to grow and develop your safety career.</li></ul><p></p><p>If you meet the requirements and have a passion for Safety and developing your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;">ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023 &amp; 2024 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
