Responsibilities:

- Leading and developing employees
- Taking responsibility for health and environmental protection as well as occupational safety
- Ensuring on-time delivery of goods at a high quality level through targeted use of the available resources and thus responsible for the specified objectives with regard to:
delivery reliability / complaint rates / lead times / correct stocks
- Ensure ongoing storage optimization (Fast Mover, Slow Mover) including: maintaining statistics for vacancies and rearrangements; monitoring of new equipment; successor items and deletion lists for HR; performing inventory checks and ensuring stock quality
- Writing (process) instructions
- Continuous development of the organization for qualitative and cost optimization of the processes by applying modern QM measures, e.g. Lean, 5-S-Method, Kaizen, KVP
- First level support with production downtime, contacting service providers, reporting of faults
- Controlling internal manufacturing and subcontractor processes
- Testing and implementing customer-specific requirements
- Planning and monitoring of annual inventory
- Participation in warehouse audits
- Preparing and implementing investments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
