Let’s dive in!</div><br><ul><li>Act as the technical interface to our customers and take ownership of dispatched service cases.</li><li>Conduct on‑site installation, maintenance, repairs, tests, upgrades, and rework activities for Battery Energy Storage Systems.</li><li>Diagnose technical issues, analyse error messages, and deliver effective, customer‑oriented solutions.</li><li>Support Project Management during commissioning, site acceptance tests, and related field activities.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation across service reports, work instructions, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Contribute to claim management, RMA processes, and Quality/Customer Feedback analysis.</li></ul></div>                            Your profile<br>                                <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><div>Sounds good so far? To feel comfortable and empowered in this role, it would help if you bring the following background:</div><br><ul><li>Education as an Electrical Technician or Engineer, ideally with exposure to Battery Storage solutions.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting, claim handling, and solution‑oriented field execution.</li><li>Strong customer orientation, with the ability to handle critical situations professionally.</li><li>Independent, structured, and motivated mindset within an international environment.</li><li>Greek and English C1.</li><li>Confident using MS Office and comparable software tools.</li><li>Valid driving licence, willingness to travel, and openness for on‑call duty occasionally on weekends or nights.</li><li>Comfortable working from a home‑office setup.</li></ul></div>
