To feel comfortable and empowered in this role, it would help if you bring the following background:</div><br><ul><li>Education as an Electrical Technician or Engineer, ideally with exposure to Battery Storage solutions.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting, claim handling, and solution‑oriented field execution.</li><li>Strong customer orientation, with the ability to handle critical situations professionally.</li><li>Independent, structured, and motivated mindset within an international environment.</li><li>Greek and English C1.</li><li>Confident using MS Office and comparable software tools.</li><li>Valid driving licence, willingness to travel, and openness for on‑call duty occasionally on weekends or nights.</li><li>Comfortable working from a home‑office setup.</li></ul></div>            Why us?<br>
