About the Role & Your Impact 

We are hiring a Home Electrification Advisor to be the trusted guide to homeowners throughout their journey of upgrading and electrifying their homes. You’ll be the central customer touchpoint from managing their digital home consultation, creating customized system designs and quotes, to advising homeowners on their electric upgrade purchases and installations. Your subject matter expertise will improve the comfort, efficiency, and carbon footprint of homes, all while ensuring the homeowner's experience is exceptional.  

What You Bring 

  • 2+ years of sales experience and/or customer-facing retail sales experience
  • Understanding of residential buildings (i.e., Building Science, residential mechanical,  electrical, plumbing (MEP)) or a general construction background
  • Excellent organization, record-keeping, and time-management skills
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information or industry jargon in an easy-to-understand way
  • High attention to detail, curiosity,  and willingness to research unique solutions for customers
  • Tech savviness and willingness to learn new software systems, such as Google Workspace or HubSpot

Nice to have

  • BPI-Analyst/Professional, HVAC sales experience
  • Ability to speak Spanish or other languages to support customers or partners whose native language is not English

Total Compensation & Benefits

This candidate lives within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or is willing to relocate with assistance). The expected compensation range is between $100,000-$120,000 plus meaningful equity depending on qualifications.
