Join us in leading the transition of home electrification.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>About the Role &amp; Your Impact&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are hiring a Home Electrification Advisor to be the trusted guide to homeowners throughout their journey of upgrading and electrifying their homes. You&rsquo;ll be the central customer touchpoint from managing their digital home consultation, creating customized system designs and quotes, to advising homeowners on their electric upgrade purchases and installations. Your subject matter expertise will improve the</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> comfort, efficiency, and carbon footprint of homes, all while ensuring the homeowner's experience is exceptional.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>What You Bring&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2+ years of sales experience and/or customer-facing retail sales experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understanding of residential buildings (i.e., Building Science, residential mechanical,&nbsp; electrical, plumbing (MEP)) or a general construction background</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent organization, record-keeping, and time-management skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information or industry jargon in an easy-to-understand way</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">High attention to detail, curiosity,&nbsp; and willingness to research unique solutions for customers</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Tech savviness and willingness to learn new software systems, such as Google Workspace or HubSpot</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">BPI-Analyst/Professional, HVAC sales experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to speak Spanish or other languages to support customers or partners whose native language is not English</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Total Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This candidate lives within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or is willing to relocate with assistance).
