Crusoe Cloud is a managed cloud services platform powered by stranded energy that enables climate-friendly innovation in computationally intensive fields including artificial intelligence, graphics rendering and computational biology.<br><br><strong><br>About this Role:</strong></p><p style="">Crusoe Service Desk is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring both local apps and SAAS platforms.  Will be working daily with: networking, SaaS applications, file shares, and other Enterprise IT issues &amp; requests. IT also works on projects with different teams and departments, alongside vendors to deliver a seamless user experience for staff. Customer service, team player, and self-motivation are big here at Crusoe.  A desire to learn above and beyond with our education programs is highly encouraged to grow within the company.</p><p style=""><br></p><p style=""><strong>A Day In The Life:</strong></p><p style="">Start to finish - User support Including but not limited to: </p><ul style=""><li><p style="">Onboarding / Offboarding</p></li><li><p style="">Support Desk Projects</p></li><li><p style="">JIRA Ticketing, ticket updates, and admin overhead</p></li><li><p style="">Documentation guru.</p></li><li><p style="">Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with applications and systems.</p></li><li><p style="">Learn and Adopt new IT support and management platforms.</p></li><li><p style="">Assist IT Leadership in establishing processes.</p></li><li><p style="">Other travel may also be required up to 20%.</p></li><li><p style="">Onsite support 5 days a week.</p></li><li><p style="">Ensure systems are compliant with security policies</p></li><li><p style="">Timely communications and acknowledgments.</p></li><li><p style="">Always keep IT assets and accessories within the office neat and tidy.</p></li></ul><p style=""></p><p style=""><strong>You Will Thrive In This Role If:</strong></p><ul style=""><li><p style="">Prior experience leading a Helpdesk Team.</p></li><li><p style="">The ability to mentor and teach junior team members.</p></li><li><p style="">Prior experience with handoffs and shift change.</p></li><li><p style="">Prior record of success creating Helpdesk related reports.</p></li><li><p style="">Prior record of success as a Tier3 escalation point.</p></li><li><p style="">Prior experience with EDR/XDR platforms - Examples: (Crowdstrike preferred)</p></li><li><p style="">Prior experience with Cloud Identity Mgmt platforms and SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA.</p></li><li><p style="">Prior experience with MDM automation. - Examples: (GoogleMDM, Kandji, or JAMF)</p></li><li><p style="">Prior experience working as an engineer at an MSP (project work).</p></li><li><p style="">Prior experience working in a NOC/SOC preferred.</p></li><li><p style="">Prior experience working in large enterprises with a large end-user pool.</p></li><li><p style="">Ability to support Macs, Linux, and windows using command line.</p></li><li><p style="">Proven excellence with managing assets and inventory.</p></li><li><p style="">Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, ticketing systems, and IT</p></li><li><p style="">documentation platforms.</p></li><li><p style="">Manage, implement, and maintain SAAS platforms.</p></li><li><p style="">Experience with deployments and a master of troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p style="">Excellent written and oral communication skills</p></li><li><p style="">Self-starter yet knows when to ask for help and works excellent in a team</p></li><li><p style="">Must be able to pass a background check</p></li><li><p style="">Our Company values speak to you, resonate with you, make sense to you and how you desire to work</p></li></ul><p style=""></p><p style=""><strong>Preferred but Not Required:</strong></p><p style="">Bachelor's Degree in any STEM field or equivalent 6 years experience in IT.<br><br><strong>Benefits:</strong> </p><ul style=""><li><p style="">Hybrid work schedule</p></li><li><p style="">Competitive Paid Time Off</p></li><li><p style="">Industry competitive pay</p></li><li><p style="">Retirement benefits</p></li><li><p style="">Healthcare benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision</p></li><li><p style="">Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance</p></li><li><p style="">Life Insurance</p></li><li><p style="">Paid Parental Leave</p></li><li><p style="">Subscription to Calm App</p></li></ul><p style=""></p><p style=""><strong>Compensation Range:</strong></p><p style="">Compensation will be paid as salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
