What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead with Vision: Partner with our product team to tackle customers’ toughest challenges with groundbreaking AI solutions.
  • Inspire Excellence: Break down complex problems into actionable solutions, leading by example in delivering scalable, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Foster Growth: Mentor and guide engineers, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build Smarter Systems: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify and implement innovative ways to leverage AI to solve hard challenges for our customers and internal business processes.
  • Shape the Future: Provide strategic input on our roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in Python development and its ecosystem.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for scalable, distributed systems.
  • Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns, microservices, and cloud-native design principles.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and data engineering principles.
  • AWS Bedrock experience is required, but we’ll provide additional training to ensure you’re as up to date as possible.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of data science techniques and AI frameworks.

  • Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, ECS, Kubernetes), CloudFormation, CDK

  • Backend: Python, NodeJS, C#/.NET, GraphQL, REST APIs
  • Data Stores: DynamoDB, Redshift, Postgres, Elasticsearch, S3
  • ETL Pipelines: Python-based
