We are hiring immediately for a Graduate Regional IT Analyst - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.
 

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised individual to join our regional IT team in Braeside, Melbourne. 
 

You will be responsible for supporting and provisioning IT Services, including End-User Computing (EUC) , networking, local infrastructure; and identity & access management. You will also gain exposure to Cyber, IoT/OT and Cloud Services. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site, with flexibility for some home working. You will benefit from a personal development plan and support to help you.

As part of the regional team, you will work with colleagues based in Melbourne, Singapore, Dubai, and Pune, and be part of a wider global function supporting and serving business colleagues around the world by resolving incidents, solving problems, managing change, and improving services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and technology, and the ability to work to agreed processes.



Responsibilities:

  • Technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving end-user hardware and software issues, including Windows devices, printers, networking, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related configuration data.
  • Collaborate with 24x7 Service Desk, regional colleagues, and specialist teams overseas.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and operating procedures.
  • Document and maintain accurate records, including incident, request, change, inventory, and procedural information.
  • Procurement and deployment of IT equipment and software.
  • Manage triage of Incidents & Requests, working as part of a regional team in a time zone.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • A graduate in an IT discipline at TAFE or University level.
  • Some industry experience or exposure to operational IT or Customer Service environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Management; and InTune.
  • Ability to be cool and logical in a crisis, methodical with a problem, and organized with varied work demands.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to provide on-site support or be involved in projects.
