Project Manager

<p><b><span>Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!</span></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h1><span>Responsibilities:</span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><ul><li><span>New customers, new project development, including customer demand analysis, business and technical negotiations.</span></li><li><span>According to the work workstream of </span><span>project management, led the team to complete the work of the project from design, development, testing, quotation, trial production and mass production</span><span>.</span></li><li><span>Achieve key performance indicator target including sales volume, gross margin and payback ratio.</span></li><li><span>Customer relation management to ensure customer order share.</span></li><li><span>Establish and maintain customer relationship to ensure customer's continuous support to the company.</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h1><span>Qualifications:</span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background, English as working language.</li><li><span>Experience in project management, familiar with manufacturing enterprise technology development, production, quality and supply chain operation procedures.</span></li><li>More than 8 years working experience, more than 3 years project management experience.</li><li>Ability to develop new customers and new products, transform market demand into product demand and achieve sales and payback.</li><li>Independently solve various problems in the process of project development, effectively organize corresponding departments to complete within the specified time.</li></ul><p>   </p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
