Supply Chain - Planning and Material Management Specialist - York, PA

About the Job
Prefer candidate to be in York, PA area, but for the right experience would consider candidate who could work from another GEA location.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Support Supply Chain management in special projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Serve as a backup for other Supply Chain roles, participate in operations projects, and maintain accurate order records.
- Plan, monitor inventories, adjust replenishment parameters, and ensure timely processing and delivery of materials.
- Handle pricing and lead time updates, approve returns to inventory, and actively engage in master data maintenance.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, analyze data for Key Performance Indicators, and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Compliance.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness, excel in a matrix organization, and exhibit strong networking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and a proactive approach to taking ownership of work.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management or 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Full overview of Supply Chain knowledge
- Advanced Negotiation / Conflict resolution skills
- English (fluent)
- Very good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically.
