HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will support HR projects and programs such as Performance Management, the Leadership Development Program, Compensation projects, and more 

• You will help organize company-wide workshops and trainings under NavVis University that equip our employees with Learning & Development opportunities 

• You will dive into HR metrics and analytics to help us improve our people workflows and programs 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• An ongoing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study 

• Some previous experience in a similar role is welcome but not necessary 

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel  

• Passion for numbers/ analytical tasks 

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable reaching out to team members and external stakeholders
