We are currently looking for you to join as Product Manager Bus (m/f/d) for our Product Management department! Your mission
- Product Management with a focus on bus vehicles
- Center of competence and face the customer with the current and future bus portfolio
- Lead product discovery efforts to identify customer needs
- Technical Product Management in liaison with R&D and Supplier
- Product marketing & sales empowerment to delight customers and drive revenue
- Driving the continuous improvement in the Product Management department
- Supporting the CSO and Sales Team in aligning the bus product portfolio and following the corporate goals by implementing the strategy with a world-class product offering accordingly
- Create technical specifications from customer requirements.
- Create final specification with the supplier for the product order process
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration / Engineering (Master’s degree as a plus)
- 2 – 5 years of professional experience in product management, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Familiar with product development and management
- Knowledge of vehicle and bus architecture systems and functional safety.
- Fluent language skills in English
- Fluent in German language
- Chinese & Spanish language as a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and cultural competencies for collaboration with e.g. Latin America & Asia / China
- Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills & crisis management
- Willingness to travel
