About the Job
In deiner Position als Laborleitung...
- führst du ein rund 15-köpfiges motiviertes Team sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch.
- organisierst und verantwortest du die Arbeit und Qualität der verschiedenen Abteilungen (Probenvorbereitung, Sensorik, Instrumentelle Analytik, Nasschemie non-food und Histologie).
- bist du verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf unseres akkreditierten Labors und der zeitgerechten Bearbeitung der Proben unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben der DIN EN ISO:17025.
- berichtest du direkt an die Geschäftsführung.
- gehören Qualitätsmanagement-Aufgaben wie Methoden-Verifizierungen, Validierung sowie interne und externe Audits selbstverständlich dazu.
- packst du bei Bedarf auch in der Labor-Routine mit an und unterstützt deine Mitarbeiter:innen.
- bist du innerhalb des Unternehmens Schnittstelle zu unseren Kundenbetreuern und zum Probeneingang.
