Moving at the border of Space, our hydrogen-powered vehicles are ten times faster than conventional aircraft, providing the just-in-time backbone for logistics, e-commerce, and supply chain companies who can’t wait. <strong>We define a new class of fast:</strong> our mission is to bring instantly your stuff to the other part of the world – and we mean it literally.</p><p>We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Engineering Assistant who will be focused on supporting the engineering operations at Destinus with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for technical documentation as both an author and editor; capable of supporting the engineering operations related to licensing, certifications, export control, logistics and customer documentation packages necessary for the delivery of products to customers. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for procurement and logistics activities to support the teams with managing procurements, delivery and receptions and the organization of inventory.</p><h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li>Preparation of technical documentation and publications, data sheets, specifications, manuals and instructions</li><li>Review and editing of technical documents, specifications and data sheets</li><li>Coordination and consolidation of documentation packages for certification, licensing, permits, customer data packages and logistics</li><li>Managing procurements with suppliers and manufacturers; quotes, technical documents, delivery logistics and quality requirements</li><li>Working with an ERP system for procurement: purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier details, stock and inventory, delivery and reception logs</li><li>Managing the workshop and warehouse inventory: delivery receptions, stock intake, inventory counts, tracking and organization</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>CFC business administration or a BS in engineering or a related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong aptitude for technical documentation: as both an author and editor</li><li>Very good written and verbal skills in English &amp; Dutch: French and German are highly valued</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>High Service Orientation and hands-on, solution-driven mindset with a structured approach</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2><ul><li>An excellent salary with great employment conditions;</li><li>Flexible working days, 40 hours a week is standard, but 32 hours is also an option;</li><li>37 vacation days;</li><li>Great pension scheme;</li><li>You join a fast-growing organization;</li><li>An international working environment with expert colleagues.</li></ul><p><strong>Destinus is an equal-opportunity employer:</strong> we value diversity in our companies and our teams.
