Responsibilities:

Optimisation of the current production layout in plant engineering "Supply systems"
Analysis of the current production in terms of material flow, storage & picking of material
Development of a new production layout that enables an optimised material flow, improved component storage and order picking
Development of synergies in the area of production, how the different production zones "standard & special assembly" can be utilised and supplied more efficiently.
Development/elaboration and evaluation (advantages/disadvantages) of several solution variants as a decision template for downstream implementation.

Qualifications:

Studies with a technical or logistics background
Specialised knowledge:
Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 in particular
    - PowerPoint for creating presentations
    - Technical drawing / visualisation (layout drawing)
    - Expertise in lean / efficiency in production
    - SAP knowledge desirable
Reliability and professional demeanour
Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team
Strong hands-on mentality

Fluency in German is essential
