About the Customer delivery team

Our Customer Delivery team is preparing for the global roll-out of our product. While we scale our delivery teams in different geographies to broaden our impact, the need for processes and structure in our operations has become a core point of attention to smoothen this evolution. You will be in a position and at a time where you play a key role in enabling our product to its end users by optimizing processes and managing our team's operations. Being at the forefront of this growth will allow you to grow with the team and personally develop your skills and expertise, along with the challenges and opportunities we will face during our growth phase.

Where and how you’d work

This role is currently an Office -Mix Hybrid role. This means you would chat with your leader and team for the number of day you need to be together to collaborate and achieve outcomes in close proximity. This is often 1 - 2 days a week. The other days you have flexibility.

What you'll do in your first 6- 12 months

  • Become the Backbone of Our Delivery Operations: You’ll take charge of essential operational processes, from financial workflows to resource coordination, empowering our delivery team to execute seamlessly. Acting as a trusted partner to project managers and the delivery lead, you'll ensure every project has the support it needs.
  • Shape Our Way of Working: Collaborate across teams to build and refine clear, efficient processes that help us work smarter, not harder. You’ll document best practices, develop reusable templates, and create a foundation that scales, driving a cohesive approach that enables team success.
  • Turn Operations into Powerhouses of Efficiency: Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and create data-driven processes that help our team make informed, fast decisions. You'll lead the charge in transforming complex tasks into streamlined, user-friendly systems that add measurable value to the business.

What You'll need

  • Your experience in SaaS or Tech solutions is essential.
  • You are excited about creating effective processes and structures to keep improving our team's effectiveness and efficiency, allowing us to scale seamlessly.
  • You bring advanced skills in office tools to boost our teams' operations and productivity.
  • Apply your expertise in data processing, SQL, and spreadsheet wizardry to drive data-informed decisions.
  • You use your ability to communicate effectively with different teams and leadership to ensure smooth collaboration and successful outcomes.
  • Strong capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, coordinating actions and driving outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
